Lalon Idor Spa Etiquette

SPA Check-in Procedure

Hotel guests receive complimentary access for the Lalon Idor Spa (Seawater Swimming Pool, Fitness Studio, Sauna, Hammam, Jacuzzi).

For external guests a fee of 40€ applies, unless a spa treatment of 80€ and above is taken.

Please bring your swimwear if you intend to use the Spa facilities. Lalon Idor provides private key lockers, Spa wardrobe and amenities. Guests are advised not to leave money or valuables in the Spa/lockers. We do not accept responsibility for the loss or damage of such items.

We kindly request all guests to respect other Spa users by refraining from the use of mobile phones, reserving poolside loungers, and keeping noise at an agreeable level throughout the Spa facility. In this way, all our guests will be able to enjoy the facilities in a convivial and stress-free atmosphere.

Children

Children 16 years and younger are only permitted to use the indoor pool from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm and only if accompanied by an adult.

SPA Reservations

We encourage guests to schedule their appointments two days in advance, to ensure a preferred treatment or therapist is available.

Reservations for external guests must be secured by credit card and a valid telephone number. For Aegialis hotel guests there is the availability to charge any of your treatments to your room account. We also accept cash and credit cards.

Guests are advised to arrive 10-20 minutes before their treatment is due to start. Out of respect for our clients and staff, we inform you that in case of delay to a pre-arranged appointment, the treatment will end as planned, at the normal charge. If there is no consecutive appointment scheduled for another client, we will be happy to extend your treatment to the original duration.

Included Package Massages

For package massages given from Aegialis Hotel & Spa:

• Are non-refundable and not combinable with any other discounts or promotional actions.
• Package massages are only redeemable as 30 minutes Swedish Massage and cannot be changed to another Spa & Beauty treatment, discounted services, or retail products. Therefore, if you wish to extend or add an extra treatment at the same time, the additional fee will be according to the Spa & Beauty Menu.
• Dates and times are subject to availability. The receiver should contact the Lalon Idor Spa and arrange the exact day and time of appointment.

Cancellation Policy

Please respect the Spa scheduling by being prompt for appointments. If you wish to re-schedule or cancel your appointments, please contact the Spa reception 24 hours in advance, otherwise we will regrettably have to charge half the price of your treatments.

No-shows will be charged full price.

Spa Check-out Procedure

You are kindly requested to leave your locker key at the Spa reception before your departure.

For our hotel guests that completed a Spa treatment, it is necessary to contact the Spa reception for your preferred payment method. We kindly inform you that in case we do not receive any payment, the treatment amount will be charged to your room account.
